MOSCOW, Oct 8 (PRIME) -- Russian coal producer Raspadskaya, part of steel and mining giant Evraz, has launched production at a new longwall of the Raspadskaya mine with commercial reserves standing at about 3 million tonnes of coking coal, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
Raspadskaya expects production of the longwall to reach 600,000 tonnes already in 2019, and it plans to deplete the longwall until the end of 2020.
